Paragon appliances leases 50,000 SF in Farmers Branch

FARMERS BRANCH – Paragon,  a wholesale distributor of specialty indoor and outdoor appliances, has leased 50,068 sf at the northwest corner of Billingsley Co.’s 340,000-sf distribution center that is currently under construction.

Paragon is the second tenant to land at Mercer Business Park’s initial distribution and industrial building.

Paragon is a 25-year-old distribution company based in Dallas. The firm plans to move into the new distribution center in first quarter 2015.
