Temple’s Tri-Supply expansion to new 120,000-SF home

TEMPLE – Tri-Supply Home Products for builders and homeowners will relocate within Temple to a larger 120,000-sf building at the Temple Economic Development Corporation’s Industrial Park.

Site preparation for construction began in January, and the project is expected to be complete later this year. The $5 million facility will feature a 40,000-sf showroom for builders, remodelers and do-it-yourselfers/homeowners to shop and buy home products.

The 80,000-sf warehouse and manufacturing area on the backside of the building will allow the company to keep supplies stocked and distribute them to their customers and other Tri-Supply locations in Texas. This expansion project retains 41 full- and part-time jobs in Temple. The company has also committed to adding at least five more jobs.

Tri-Supply has been in Temple for ten years. The company also has locations in Austin, Beaumont, Conroe, Houston and Waco.
