DALLAS - Silverleaf Resorts Inc. has leased about 36,000 sf in Renaissance Tower at 1201 Elm St.
The vacation resort company will move its headquarters from near Love Field to downtown with the new lease. The company’s current location is on River Bend Dr. near Mockingbird Ln. and Stemmons Fwy.
Silverleaf, which was founded in1989, operates a dozen resorts in six states. The firm is the second large office tenant in the Stemmons Fwy. corridor to recently decide to move downtown.
Consumer finance firm Santander Consumer USA has leased 14 floors in the Thanksgiving Tower on Elm St.
