Underway: 151,000-SF Katy Ranch Offices

KATY – Ground has broken on the 151,000-sf Katy Ranch Offices Phase I at 24275 Katy Fwy. The six-story building is one of two office buildings planned in the mixed-use Katy Ranch Crossing.

The office building project includes a parking garage with a ratio of four cars per 1,000 sf.

On the ground in Katy Ranch Crossing is a 260-unit apartment complex and a fully leased 210,000-sf retail center with Main Event Entertainment, Guitar Center, Boot Barn, Subway and Jimmy John’s among its tenants.

Groundbreaking is planned soon on a 318-unit apartment complex and a 153,000-sf retail center.

The entire Katy Ranch Crossing development is planned for completion in 2017. The project will consist of 700,000 sf of apartments, more than 300,000 sf of offices and 1 million sf of retail, entertainment and medical space.
