The Lodge at Big Lake’s housing space for oil workers

BIG LAKE, REAGAN COUNTY- Petro States Hospitality Group is building The Lodge at Big Lake — a $2 million, five-acre housing complex for oil and gas workers.

The Lodge at Big Lake features two plans.

1) A two double-bed hotel room configuration with 320 sf housing two individuals; and

2) A pod of five containers consisting of 1,600 sf housing up to 16 men.

The plans include constructing housing units, aggregate pavement, sidewalks, water and wastewater utilities.

The City of Big Lake, located in South Central Reagan County, approximately 100 miles from Midland, 100 miles from Big Spring and 40 miles from Ozona, is virtually in the middle of nowhere.
