Master Rig pumps 90,000-SF HQ to Houston

HOUSTON – Master Rig International (MRI) consolidated its worldwide oilfield parts and service operations into one new 90,000-sf headquarters. The new facility is located at 6400 Ramona Blvd. in north Houston.

Built on 11 acres, the facility includes administrative offices, 365/24/7 worldwide service dispatch, 20 independent service and pump unitization bays with over 100 tons of lifting capacity, eight dedicated fabrication bays, four independent indoor blast and coating booths, warehousing and $10 million in parts and equipment.

Every production area is equipped with the proper tools and technology to repair and refurbish drilling contractors’ major equipment such as mud pumps, drawworks, rotary tables, and traveling equipment as well as providing solutions for fabrication/unitization, blast/coat and equipment testing.
