Lipman fresh off the vine with Dallas distribution hub

DALLAS – Lipman, a Florida-based produce company, has signed a lease for 150,000 sf at 11910 Shiloh Rd.

The firm will consolidate the company’s three Dallas locations into a singular shop. The new distribution hub will employ more than 140 employees.

Along with distributing tomatoes, the new facility includes several rooms designed to help ripen bananas and avocados, which the company also transports throughout the year.

Lipman is one of the largest field tomato growers in the nation. The Dallas distribution hub will serve the Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Mississippi and Arkansas markets.
