DALLAS – Developer Trammell Crow has completed the purchase of the northwest corner of Pearl St. and Woodall Rodgers Fwy.
The property has been occupied by a Chase Bank drive through since the 1982. The developer just acquired the site — which fronts on Klyde Warren Park — from JP Morgan Chase Bank, according to Dallas County records.
Real estate brokers say that the developer plans to build a high-rise, mixed-use complex on the high-profile corner.
