HOUSTON – The office portion of Mid Main, a mixed-use development in Midtown, is slated to break ground as soon as preleasing is complete. Transwestern is in charge of finding office tenant(s) for the eight-story, 203,316-sf, Class A office building at 3501 Main St., which is scheduled for completion spring 2016.

The office building’s 545-space parking garage will include 9,716 sf of high-end retail space on the first floor. Lewis Property Co. is leasing the retail space.

RHS Interests Inc. is developing the mixed-use project, which will also include 363 multifamily units and a 773-space parking garage.

Built along the MetroRail line, Mid Main will emphasize walkability and is ideal for potential tenants looking for an urban setting inside the Loop.
