Longview 54,000-SF Treviso nursing facility July opening

LONGVIEW – A 54,000-sf nursing and rehabilitation facility could start admitting patients by mid-July.

Treviso Transitional Care is a 140-bed facility at 1154 E. Hawkins Pkwy., behind Regal Longview Stadium 14 theater and in the same area as the Arabella senior living community.

The opening date will depend on when construction and required reviews by the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services are completed.

Construction began in August 2013, when the City of Longview issued a building permit for the project that placed its construction value at $6 million.
