ADDISON – A three-building property totaling 51,352 sf adjacent to Addison Airport has been sold to the Town of Addison.
The property included two hangars located at 4553 Glenn Curtiss Dr. and 4701 Frank Luke Dr., and a third office/warehouse building at 4551 Glenn Curtiss Dr. The property is 100 percent lease to two tenants: Starbase Aviation and Martinaire Aviation.
The three buildings are situated on three acres. The Town of Addison passed a bond issue in 2012 specifically aimed at acquiring property adjacent to the airport. The Town now owns the majority of the property with runway access surrounding the Addison Airport.
