Grove at Wilcrest opens in Energy Corridor

HOUSTON – The Grove at Wilcrest, a four-story, 360-unit multifamily apartment complex in the Energy Corridor, quietly opened this month. While the complex, located at 11070 Katy Fwy., is still under construction, the first residents have started to arrive.

The Grove offers one- and two-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 713 to 1,407 sf. Prices start at $1,250. The complex will feature many amenities including three swimming pools, a fitness center and stainless steel appliances in the residences.

Finger Companies is the developer behind the project.

The Energy Corridor has been hot with new multifamily projects. In January, Atlanta developer Worthing Cos. announced the Heights at Park Row, a 342-unit complex at Central Park, would break ground this year.
