KILLEEN – Enplanements at the Killeen-Fort Hood Regional Airport rose in April 2014 compared to April 2013, but total enplanements are down for 2014.

More than 650 more people boarded planes at the airport in April compared to April 2013. The number of arrivals in April also was up by 420.

January, February and March experienced decreases in enplanements and deplanements compared to the same months in 2013. The slower months meant about 2,000 fewer people boarded planes at the airport and more than 3,000 fewer people flew into the airport.
