DALLAS – The 13-story, 306,244-sf Galleria North Tower II in north Dallas has sold for $71.25 million.
The office tower near Alpha Rd. and the Dallas North Tollway was built in 1999. Major tenants in the building are Merit Energy and Time Warner.
RREEF who bought the far north Dallas tower also owns the adjoining tower.
