Houston Energy Center(s) on fourth, fifth building
HOUSTON – Trammell Crow broke ground on Energy Center Four, a 600,000-sf office building located in the Energy Corridor. The 22-story facility at 925 N. Eldridge Pkwy. will be completed late 2015.
The facility includes a ten-level, free-standing parking garage. One special feature of the building is that it will include a two-story sky window that will protrude out to take advantage of views to the north and east.
ConocoPhillips signed a 12-year lease for 100 percent of Energy Center Four and Energy Center Three for a combined 1.2 million sf. The company plans to move into Energy Center Four in April 2016.
Trammell Crow is also set to break ground on Energy Center Five in the third quarter this year, which will be designed to accommodate either one large tenant or multiple tenants.
It will be part of the same 18.9-acre property situated on Katy Fwy. Also a spec project, the building currently has no signed tenants. It will deliver in second quarter 2016.
