Houston’s Berkshires on Brompton draws $38.5M

HOUSTON – The 363-unit Berkshires on Brompton at 7315 Brompton St. was sold earlier this year for $38.5 million.

Berkshires on Brompton offers one- and two-bedroom units that range from 505 sf to 1,060 sf. Rents range from $757 to $1,300 at the complex, which is 97 percent occupied.

Berkshire Income Realty Inc. sold the property.
