DALLAS - The 236-unit Pavilion Townplace Apartments at 7700 Greenway Blvd. was sold earlier this year for $56 million.
Pavilion Townplace offers one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units ranging from 748 sf to 2,427 sf. Rent ranges from $1,396 to $4,232 at the complex, which was built in 2002.
Berkshire Income Realty Inc. purchased the community from CHHC Pavilion L.P. The purchase price of $56 million was paid with a combination of the assumption of the existing mortgage on the property of $25.6 million and proceeds from Berkshire’s credit facility.
