FORT WORTH – The City of Fort Worth has opened the new $74
million, 235,000-sf Tom Vandergriff Civil Courts Building.
The downtown development consists of a public plaza and six levels, including 13 courtrooms.
The finished building mirrors the architecture of other buildings downtown and is located at 100 N. Commerce Street.
