Houston sale: Exxon’s 198,000-SF Eight Greenspoint Plaza

HOUSTON – Exxon Mobil’s Eight Greenspoint Plaza building has been sold. The 198,257-sf Class A office building is located just north of the Sam Houston Pkwy. near I-45 North.

JLL put Eight Greenspoint Plaza on the market in May 2013. It was built in 1994 and had about $10 million in upgrades and improvements since 2000.

It was sold to a joint venture between Stream Realty Partners and AllianceBernstein U.S. Real Estate Partners LP.

The new owners are leasing the building back to Exxon for an undisclosed amount of time.
