Katy: Mason Creek’s 128,000-SF Office Center II underway
KATY – A three-story, 127,955-sf office building, dubbed Mason Creek Office Center II, broke ground at 21700 Merchants Way next to Geico. The 9.3-acre site is located near Mason Rd. at I-10 in Mason Creek Corporate Park, a covenant-restricted, master-planned business park owned by Parkside Capital.
The building is the second phase of the Mason Creek Office Center project, following the lease-up of the 135,000-sf Phase I by Geico in December 2013. Myers Crow & Saviers Ltd., the real estate development firm that built Phase I, is developing Phase II also.
The building will feature approximately 42,650-sf floor plates. Construction is slated for completion by the end of February 2015.
