PLANO – The 283,559-sf Plano Business Park, located at 3801, 3901 and 4001 E. Plano Pkwy., is being sold.
The office and industrial complex, which sit on almost 20 acres, are being sold for $23.4 million, according to filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
KBS Real Estate Investment Trust II Inc. is selling the buildings, which it has owned to 2010, to an affiliate of Pennsylvania-based Exeter Property Group.
