HOUSTON - The purchase of 21 residential lots in the Addicks Dam subdivision in the Energy Corridor has been completed by Blackhaw Partners. The lots total about ten acres and are located on Redhaw St. and Blackhaw St., north of I-10.

Blackhaw Partners purchased the lots in the tiny neighborhood near the Katy Fwy. and Eldridge for a multifamily redevelopment project. The site is north of the proposed extension of Park Row Blvd. near Eldridge.

Five of the lots have been cleared, and the rest have single-family homes that will be torn down. Many of the residents have vacated and the houses are already empty. Sellers can lease back their homes for a short period.

Most of the homes in the Addicks Dam subdivision have been there since the early 1950s, and some of the sellers were original owners.

Mark Kidd Sr. of M Kidd Properties represented homeowners, families and investors over a two- and a half-year period to assemble, market and close on the 21 transactions.

Many of the residents have vacated and the houses are already empty.
