Quick facts include:
- The median price of existing single-family homes increased to $171,500, up 10.6 percent from May 2015.
- Existing single-family home sales increased 6.7 percent from May 2015 for a June 2015 total of 400 sold units.
- Condos increased in price to $140,000, up 7.3 percent from May 2015.
- Existing condo sales increased 0 percent in June 2015 over May 2015 for a total of four sold units.
