SAN ANTONIO – Calton Investments Inc. has purchased Springwood, a 176-unit, Class B community located at 1400 Gardina St. in the northwest submarket, from Blue Valley Apartments Inc.
The 30-year-old community is 90 percent occupied. Average rents range from $0.92 to $1.11 per sf. The community features one- and two-bedroom floor plans, ranging in size from 470 sf to 770 sf.
The garden-style community is situated on 5.1 acres. Property amenities include a park & ride nearby, clubhouse, handicapped modified, swimming pools and perimeter fence.
