SAN ANTONIO - San Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR) released home sales data for May 2014. Some quick facts include:

•  The median price of existing single-family homes increased to $175,000 up 4.8 percent vs. April 2014.
•  Existing single-family home sales increased 7.0 percent from April 2014 for a May 2014 total of 1,949 sold units.
•  Condos increased in price to $117,000 up 6.4 percent vs. April 2014.
•  Existing condo sales increased 7.5 percent in May 2014 over April 2014 for a total of 72 sold units.
