IRVING – Invesco Advisors Inc. closed on a $22.3 million deal buying the two-story, 400,123-sf Dallas Cowboys Distribution Center. The 21.2-acre property at 2500 Regent Blvd. in Irving sits near Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport and is 100 percent leased to the professional football team.
The distribution center is used to ship Cowboys-emblazoned merchandise throughout the world.
The seller was an affiliate of KBS Real Estate Investment Trust II Inc. and California-based KBS Realty Advisors.
