Frisco Bridges Place grows office market by 170,000 SF

FRISCO – Construction on the 170,000-sf Frisco Bridges Place Building will start in September. The building will sit on the east side of the Dallas North Tollway and south of Gaylord Pkwy.

Strasburger & Price LLP will take nearly two floors of the six-story building, leasing 40,000 sf.

Heady Investments is developing the building, as well as an adjoining five-story garage that is owned by the City of Frisco.

This new development adds to the diminishing office space in the City of Frisco, which has less than 9 percent of its office market vacant.
