DALLAS – To serve the growing Hispanic community in the area, Virtus Real Estate Capital has purchased the Bayou Bend and Pecan Square housing developments. Almost 750 apartments are in the Class B purchase of the two properties in northwest Dallas.

Bayou Bend offers one- and two-bedroom floor plans ranging from $539-$870 per month.

Pecan Square offers similar floor plans ranging from $549-$910 per month.

Since the two properties are in a submarket that is 92.7 percent Hispanic, Virtus will have a specific marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target tenant pool in that submarket

Located on Lombardy Ln. and Webb Chapel Rd., the two communities were built in the early 1980’s.

Virtus plans to spend $2.2 million to remodel the apartments.
