Parkside living to Lakes of Bella Terra with 342 units

RICHMOND – Oden Hughes has begun construction on The Parkside Bella Terra, a 342-unit complex near the Grand Pkwy. and the Westpark Tollway. It will be part of the Lakes of Bella Terra master-planned community.

Plans will range from one-­ to three- bedrooms with sizes from 565 to 1,700 sf. Rents will range from $800 to $2,200 a month.

The property is part of the Lamar Consolidated School District and is west of the Energy Corridor.

The Parkside Bella Terra is Oden Hughes’ third apartment project in the Houston area. The first local project, Parkside Grand Parkway in Katy, opened in February. Parkside Place, near the Exxon Mobil campus, is scheduled to open early next year.
