Two new phases: Avalon at Riverstone to debut in Sugar Land

SUGAR LAND – Darling Homes is unveiling two new luxury home phases in Avalon at Riverstone featuring oversized home sites, dedicated green spaces and plenty of cul-de-sac lots. The two new home phases include 70-foot and 80-foot home sites.

Each collection at Avalon at Riverstone offers a unique experience, starting with the 70-foot homes, which offer up to five bedrooms, 5.5 baths and three-car garages. The six floor plans in the collection range from approximately 2,800 sf to 3,900 sf and start in the $490,000s.

The larger 80-foot homes come with even more, including floor plans that offer more than 5,200 sf, up to five bedrooms and 5.5 baths. Like the smaller series, these homes also include three-car garages and two-story layouts. Prices start in the $580,000s.

Also debuting this summer is a brand-new amenity, The Club at Riverstone, where residents will be able to enjoy eight tennis courts, a pool that includes two twisting slides, a zero-entry lagoon and a toddler’s splash pad.

Drawing on a nature-inspired theme, the area will also include play structures, a zip line and a rope bridge.
