Austin restaurant owner Doug Guller purchased the 14,000-sf dance hall, which sits on five acres at the intersection of FM 622 and FM 2987, 15 miles northeast of Goliad.

Schroeder Hall, which opened in 1890, features a 13,261-sf main dance hall, a 930-sf private bar, and an outside patio.
