SAN ANTONIO - May brought another all-time high for the Alamo City housing sector, according to the May 2014 Multiple Listing Service report by the San Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR).

As of May 30, the average price of a home in the greater San Antonio area stood at $225,114 — an all-time-high for the market.

Even at an average price of $225,000, homes in San Antonio are still selling — 9,179 homes have been sold since January.

As home prices continue to remain strong, the price per square foot has also increased to its highest — $102 and inventory remains low at 4.7 months.
