Busboom buys 168-unit Cottages at Bedford for $7.5M

BEDFORD – The 168-unit Cottages at Bedford, 2000 Park Place Blvd., have been sold for $7.55 million, or about $45,000 per unit.

The 113,562-sf complex offers one- and two-bedroom units ranging from 532 sf to 948 sf. Rent ranges from $630 to $850 at the community, which is 94 percent occupied.

The complex is located in the Outer Hurst/Bedford/Euless multifamily submarket.

LM Capital sold the Cottages at Bedford to Busboom Management Group.
