Eight-story Twin Sixties sold in North Dallas

NORTH DALLAS – Triten Real Estate Partners has purchased the eight-story Twin Sixties office high-rise at 6060 North Central Expy., Dallas County deed records show.

Built in the 1970s, the 240,000-sf office building near Southern Methodist University was sold by a partnership headed by Dallas-based Prescott Realty Group.

Located just north of DART’s Mockingbird commuter rail station, the office building is in an area undergoing redevelopment.

The adjoining Holiday Inn hotel tower is being repositioned as a luxury Magnolia Hotel. Developers are building luxury apartments nearby.
