FORT WORTH – The Lodge, a 136-unit value-add apartment complex located at 6500 Oakland Hills Dr., has been sold.
New York-based Iliad Properties LLC, the buyer, plans to invest in improvements to both interior and exterior elements of the complex. It also plans to expand its holdings in the Woodhaven area further in 2014.
The Lodge is located less than a quarter of a mile from I-30.
Iliad Properties purchased the asset from William Migneault for an undisclosed price.
