GRANBURY – An $8.7 million medical office building (MOB) on the campus of Lake Granbury Medical Center near Fort Worth has been completed.
The 41,000-sf office will contain some key Lake Granbury Medical Center departments, such as orthopedics, sports medicine and cardiology.
The building is connected to each of the main hospital’s three levels, which will give doctors and patients easy access.
The medical office was completed by The Sanders Trust, a Birmingham, Alabama-based health care facility developer, who will both own and manage the building.
