$34.5M sale of Irving’s 263,000-SF Crestview Office Tower

IRVING – CapRidge Partners has purchased Crestview Office Tower, a 12-story, 262,962-sf tower at 105 Decker Court for $34.5 million. The property is adjacent to the Las Colinas Urban Center near DFW International Airport.

The 12-story office tower, which is 88 percent occupied. Florida-based Codina Partners, who purchased the property in March 2012 for $21.4 million, sold Crestview to CapRidge.

In January, Austin-based CapRidge Partners made its foray into Dallas-Fort Worth by acquiring Gramercy Center, a 257,000-sf office building off the Dallas North Tollway, from Stockbridge Real Estate and Billingsley.
