Grow Odessa land selling at record pace in 2014

ODESSA – Grow Odessa, which is more commonly known as Odessa Industrial Development Corporation, has seen land sales this year surpassing any other. So far in 2014, Grow Odessa has sold 41 acres after selling almost 116 acres in 2013.

Including plots in the industrial park south of the I-10, Grow Odessa sold about 40 acres for more than $2.3 million in 2014.

Since 2011, the group has sold more than 268 acres with revenue of about $8.8 million.

Companies that have bought five or more acres from Grow Odessa during 2014 include Forrest Tires, Avera Development, Victaulic, Gicon Pumps & Equipment, Lobo Trucking and EPI.
