Houston’s 15 Topaz Villas coming to Montrose

HOUSTON – Topaz Villas, a 15-home condominium community at 4520 Yoakum Blvd., just south of Richmond Ave. and one block west of Montrose Blvd., will break ground in the next 30 days.

The 3,000-sf condos will have three bedrooms with three full bathrooms and one-half bathroom. Prices range from $900,000 to $1.15 million with three floor plans to choose from. Three units have been presold since June 1.

CondoSmart Realty LLC is the developer of the project. Clerkley Watkins Group Inc. designed the exterior and 2 Scale Architects Inc. designed the interior.

Delivery is slated for 12 months after the groundbreaking.
