Ten Oaks’ 382 units pump up Energy Corridor

HOUSTON – A new 382-unit multifamily development in Wolff Cos.’ 82-acre Ten Oaks master-planned community, at the corner of Barker Cypress and Park Row in the Energy Corridor, will break ground this fall.

The high-end amenity, multifamily community will include 28 two- and three-bedroom townhomes from 1,500 to 1,800 sf, as well as one- and two-bedroom apartments. Hunington plans to wrap up construction in summer 2015.

Hunington Residential is the developer of the project. Steinberg Design Collaborative LLP is designing the project.
