ARLINGTON – Manchester Park, 2011 Lincoln Dr., has been sold to Brookline Investment Group. Landmark Apartment Trust sold the 126-unit value-add apartment complex for net proceeds of approximately $5.15 million. The property is currently 97 percent occupied.
The entrepreneurial firm has plans to renovate 10,000 sf of unused clubhouse space to include six racquetball courts.
