Tyler green light Cascades for more development

TYLER – Bill Cawley has announced that he will continue the development of The Cascades. Improvements include constructing eight tennis courts, building homes and possibly a swimming pool.

Cawley said there are three or four builders constructing houses in The Cascades. Cawley’s goal is to sell all of the 150 available lots in the next 18 to 24 months before they start to develop Cawley’s 110 remaining acres. Cawley also owns about 30 to 40 lots.

Cawley said they are probably about one-third through the development and will continue to develop the property over the next ten years.
