SAN ANTONIO – A new multifamily community, to be known as 327 Sunset, is underway at 327 W. Sunset.
The Class A apartments of one-, two- and three-bedroom units at 327 Sunset will range in size from 612 sf to 1,540 sf. The gated community will feature a swimming pool, outdoor kitchens and a parking deck.
327 Sunset is the latest project in San Antonio from Flournoy, a development, construction and property management company based in Columbus, Georgia.
The first units are expected to be ready February 2015.
