Houston: Boxer turns 135,000-SF office into knockout!

HOUSTON – Boxer Property has acquired the 135,571-sf Northwest Crossing II, a three-story building at 7676 Hillmont in northwest Houston.

Built in 1982, Northwest Crossing II features card-key access, an onsite cafe and parking.

Boxer is planning a multimillion-dollar revitalization to create its "Boxer Workstyle" brand of collaborative office spaces.

Boxer Workstyle is a type of upscale co-working space with executive suites. Available office spaces range from open desk space to private executive offices or large multi-office suites. Updates also will include all common areas, lobby, restrooms and lounge space.
