Grapevine mixed-use Gallery on Main Street underway

GRAPEVINE – Construction has begun on a 47,407-sf building dubbed the The Gallery on Main Street. The two-story, mixed-use building is at the northeast corner of Main St. and Wall St.

With 23,000 sf on each floor, each level will be able to accommodate eight to ten suites for retail and office space.

A city-owned parking lot is east of the development that will provide 250 spaces within 100 yards of the building.

The mixed-use development is owned by Westwood Group Ltd. and is expected to be substantially complete by Grapefest in September 2014, according to Westwood CEO Gary Hazlewood.
