The tenants at the building include Allied Warranty LP, Avalon School of Massage LLC, Inner Loop Physical Therapy, Occupational Health Systems and more.

The space available for lease is 19,842 sf and the contiguous space available for lease is 5,857 sf. The seller was Houston DLM Investment Group LLC.
