ROCKPORT – The Swearingen Report for residential homes has been released for the 12 months ending May 2014 by Coldwell Banker The Ron Brown Company.
Rockport saw an increase of 5 percent in the number of property sales from a year ago, with 503 properties sold. The average sales price for residential homes was $258,134 for the 12 months ending May 2014 — up 12.7 percent versus the same period last year when it was $229,056.
