Dallas ‘One and a Two’ West Hills sell for $3.3M

DALLAS – Ivy Realty Trust sold One and Two West Hills to Oxley Leasing for $3.3 million, or about $29 per sf.

One West Hills, located at 5787 S Hampton Rd., is a 62,942-sf office building built in 1984.

Two West Hills, located at 5801 Marvin D Love Freeway, is a 51,316-sf office building built in 1977. Both buildings are located in the Southwest Dallas submarket.
