VICTORIA – The Swearingen Report for residential homes has been released for the 12 months ending May 2014 by Coldwell Banker The Ron Brown Company.
The average sales price for residential homes was $186,259 for May 2014, up 20.3 percent versus May 2013 when it was $154,792. The median price of residential homes for May was $175,000, versus May 2013 when it was $141,250, an increase of 23.9 percent.
