Oceans Behavioral dives into Katy with 34,000 SF

KATY – Construction on the first Oceans Behavioral Hospital in the Houston area is underway. The 48-bed, 34,000-sf facility is located at 455 Park Grove Dr. It is expected to open in April 2015.

The facility will target the fast-growing senior population.

The hospital will also provide specialized psychiatric treatment to the local adult and senior population. It will offer dedicated facilities to deliver specific care and therapeutic intervention for mood and behavior disturbances or progressive, degenerative illnesses.

Louisiana-based Oceans Healthcare and SRP Medical, a Dallas-based health care investment and development company, are developing the project.
